Victoria Prada Pérez. Graduate in Law from the University of Barcelona, Erasmus scholarship holder at the K.U Leuven University, Belgium. Member of the  Bar Association of Barcelona no. 39328. Master of Laws (LLM) in International Human Rights Law from Lund University (Sweden). Postgraduate in Gender Equality Policies in Public Management. Postgraduate in Legal Practice. Enabled as a legal practitioner for shifts related to family, immigration, unaccompanied minors, penitentiary, gender-based, and male violence. Specialized in children’s rights and LGBTIQ+ rights.

 

 

My name is Victoria. I am the Director and founding partner of Demandas Internacionales. The firm was born in 2013 with the aim of providing a response to those who consider that their rights have been violated and judicially they have no further options at the national level.

I am passionate about the Law and what matters to us. I trust in the response capacity of other organizations beyond our borders to guarantee the rights that we consider have been violated.

I am specialized in international litigation. I have been advising people for years on accessing their legitimate demands both to the European Court of Human Rights and to the various United Nations Committees.

I study each case carefully, offering detailed advice on what we can expect from each possible international resource, keeping in mind, as a starting point, what the expectations of each person are.
